![]() Note that Plasma is not affected by the Focus loss. Due to this, Reprogram is the type of card to decide what type of deck you choose (despite there being various types of orb ignoring Defect decks). Reprogram is a rather powerful Card, although it does ruin orb decks (unless you have either Orange Pellets and many powers or a way of gaining Artifacts and/or Focus and either ending battles fast or being able to gain Focus steadily for the combat). Since Reinforced Body applies Block multiple times, the Dexterity gained from Reprogram applies multiple times as well. ![]() The Dexterity gained by Reprogram allows Steam Barrier to last longer and yield more Block for free. All for One can allow you to play several Claws (or other 0-cost attacks) in one turn, allowing you to benefit from the Strength gain multiple times. If you are committed to using Reprogram and don't mind the Focus loss, Hyperbeam has no downsides.Plasma orbs are not affected by focus, so Meteor Strike and Fusion work well with Reprogram. For instance, if you gain one focus from Defragment and then use Reprogram and go back to zero focus, you cannot undo that loss with Orange Pellets, but if you use Reprogram first and then activate Orange Pellets (keeping in mind that powers will activate before Orange Pellets, so powers that give you focus will still cancel it out), the negative focus will be undone. While Artifacts will always block Focus Down, it's only considered a debuff for Orange Pellets if you have negative focus. Orange Pellets can be used to remove the focus loss, if you have negative focus.Core Surge and Clockwork Souvenir are reliable sources of Artifacts for The Defect. As such, Artifacts will negate the focus loss while still providing the strength/dexterity gains. The focus loss of Reprogram is considered a debuff.A new character with unique mechanics, keywords, and art. This week adds the long anticipated third character into the game!.Rebound card no longer puts Burns on top of your deck.Fixed Rebound card not working with Strange Spoon relic.Rather counterintuitively, Rebound cannot set up a free play of a specific card with Mayhem, as Mayhem triggers after you draw your cards, including the card at the top of your Draw Pile.Avoid following Rebound with Scrape, which will immediately discard itself. This is particularly strong with FTL, which lays down 18 damage and draws a card for just one Energy. The Rebounded card is placed onto the draw pile before its effect resolves, so cards like Skim will immediately draw themselves. This will cause the following two cards to be Rebounded, and both stacks will wear off at the end of the turn. It is possible to get two copies of the Rebound effect by playing it with an active Echo Form.Cards that are consumed when played, such as Power cards, cards with Exhaust, and cards duplicated by Echo Form are not placed on top of your deck by Rebound, but they will consume the Rebound effect. It also interacts well with Chaos and Rainbow+ to rapidly fill your orb slots. It techs against Status-heavy foes like Chosen and Book of Stabbing by guaranteeing at least one good draw in the following turn. ![]()
